Terms of Service & Sales Policy

Welcome to Atelier Marla. By purchasing any artwork from this site, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Original Artwork
All artworks listed on this website are original, physical pieces created by Marla Gill Due to the nature of handmade art, slight variations in color or texture may occur between the digital photo and the physical artwork.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase via our secure checkout.

  • Due to the size of my business revenue, Sales tax will not be added at checkout at this time. As my sales increase, sales tax will be added to the cost of art via the checkout cart.

3. Shipping and Delivery

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:

We offer free shipping to all provinces and territories within Canada.Artwork is shipped within 12 (twelve) business days of payment confirmation..

USA AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

USA and International Shipping charges will be added to the cost of goods at checkout.

  • You will receive an invoice and tracking information where applicable via email.

  • Atelier Marla is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or custom delays.

  • USA and International buyers are responsible for any customs fees and taxes.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • All sales are final. I do not offer returns or exchanges unless the artwork arrives damaged.

  • Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me at https://www.marlagill.com/contact, or ateliermarla@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. I will offer a replacement or a full refund upon return of the item.

  • Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping of damaged artwork back to my studio.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

  • Marla Gill retains all copyrights to the artwork.

  • The purchase of an original artwork does not transfer reproduction rights.

  • The buyer may not copy, reproduce, or resell the artwork without express written permission. You may display the artwork in your home or office.

6. Privacy
I respect your privacy and will only use your shipping and contact information to process your order and communicate with you about your purchase.
